Sites UI

Provides the admin pages of Sites on the hub: Sites (every site for platform administrators, their own for site managers), Add site, each site's dashboard with its launch checklist, People page and access report, the Sites configuration page and the reports Sites status, Site access and Unassigned content. Mara opens Hydrion's dashboard from Sites and grants Jonas Content editor on its People page. drush en sites enables the module as well.

Install

Ships with Sites; with that project in the codebase:

drush en sites_ui

Requires Sites.

Configure

Sites configuration > General (/admin/sites/configuration/general) holds the platform-wide switches and takes Administer sites configuration:

  • Anonymous hub routes: the routes the hub serves to anonymous visitors, by default login, password reset and registration (Troubleshooting).
  • Enforce per-entity cross-site view access, on by default (Isolation).
  • Administrator roles on a site: the restricted permissions an administrator role stands for on a site (Roles and permissions).
  • Offer "Originating content only" under Admin overviews: the checkbox next to the Sites filter of the content, media, block and people overviews, on by default (Sites in admin listings).

A site's dashboard takes Access the site dashboard on the site, its access report View site access reports; grant them in a per-site role to delegate the site.
