University: Brinmoor University

Brinmoor University, a fictional university, runs its central site, the sites of its faculties and institutes, and its campaign sites from one Drupal. The central communications office publishes news once and the faculties show what concerns them.

A brinmoor_demo recipe with this structure and example content is planned. Until it ships, the tables below describe what to set up by hand.

A faculty under the university's path shares its domain and its search engine standing; an institute with a name of its own gets its own hostname. Each new campaign site starts as a clone of the last one.

Content

• News of the central office belongs to the university site and shows on the faculties it concerns; a faculty overrides its teaser for its own readers.
• Events of a faculty stay on its site; the central events calendar lists them through a view filtered to the sites it shows.
• Each faculty site has its own main navigation and contact page.

Install

The command works once the recipe is released.
