Notable releases
Deprecation of Telephone module in Drupal Core
The telephone module is deprecated in Drupal 11.4 and will be removed in Drupal 12, with a contrib module released to ship the code. This is used by LocalGov Paragraphs and LocalGov Directories and the change resulted in some issues with composer being able to resolve dependencies.
Drupal core should now include a 'replaces' key to handle this https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/3579778 However, sites can optionally include the replaces key in their root composer json.
