Deprecation of Telephone module in Drupal Core

The telephone module is deprecated in Drupal 11.4 and will be removed in Drupal 12, with a contrib module released to ship the code. This is used by LocalGov Paragraphs and LocalGov Directories and the change resulted in some issues with composer being able to resolve dependencies.

LocalGov Base 2.6.0

Updates heading level elements in templates, makes pagination headings configurable in the Views UI and improves the accessibility of the ellipsis in Views pager navigation.

Action: If templates are overridden in a child theme, check styling and classes.

Test: Pagers and pagination headings on listings and directory channels, headings on facets blocks

LocalGov Bus Data 1.3.0, 1.3.1 and 1.4.0

1.3.0 adds search by operator, route lines that follow the road using GTFS shapes, and upload of custom CSV data that is merged into later imports.

1.3.1 moves the bank holiday and specific dates notices out of Views configuration and code into module settings, editable under Front-end messages, with new wording that removes the Traveline number.

1.4.0 gives route numbers that cover several services a separate timetable page per service, keys timetable rows by stop so that times are no longer shown against the wrong stop, preserves existing road geometry when a feed lacks shapes, and keeps command line and cron imports alive on hosts that drop idle connections. The RoutePolylineService methods now take the slug as a third identifier.

Action: Run database updates and clear caches, then export and commit configuration. The updates change the bus Views and importing a pre-update config export reverts them. Run one full import from the command line (drush bus-times:import --full) so routes gain road geometry. Use the command line or cron for imports; the admin Import now button is not recommended until fixed. Translations of the notices are not carried over and need re-entering through config translation.

LocalGov Consultations 2.0.0-alpha4

Fixes consultations closing before the end of the day on which they are scheduled to close.

LocalGov Microsites Sitemap 1.0.0-alpha1 and 1.0.0-alpha2

Alpha releases of LocalGov Microsites Sitemap, which integrates LocalGov Microsites with Simple XML Sitemap to create an index sitemap and a hreflang sitemap for each microsite, built using the microsite's configured domain.

LocalGov Project 3.2.5

Removes the drupal/telephone entry from the replace property added in 3.2.4, as Drupal core now includes it and the entry causes update conflicts.

Action: Remove drupal/telephone from the replace property of the root composer.json if it was added following 3.2.4.
