Notable releases
LocalGov Publications 1.2.0
Adds support for Book 2 and 3 and removes support for Book 1, allowing contrib book to be updated to 2.x or 3.x depending on the version of Drupal core.
Action: Run database updates. Check the previous / next navigation display mode configuration and that the front end is as expected. Unexpected configuration customisations may stop the post update hooks running cleanly; if so, read the book notes and perform a manual upgrade. New permissions to reorder book pages and add any content to books should be added to the appropriate roles automatically.
Test: Publication navigation (contents, previous / next), reordering publication pages, permissions for publication editors

Node preview fixes
LocalGov Core 3.3.1 fixes a fatal error when previewing a node that has not been saved.
LocalGov Guides 2.2.6 fixes guide previews failing because the guide blocks did not use the node_preview route parameter.
Test: Previewing new and existing content, including guide overviews and guide pages
