Part 2 covers contributing code to LocalGov Drupal: setting up a local development environment, adding SSH keys, working with issue forks and merge requests, the commit message format and CI pipelines.

There are two guides for local development: one for DDEV and one for Lando. You only need one! We recommend DDEV if you're starting fresh, but if you already know and love Lando, it works just as well.
