Multi-currency setup

Costs are always stored in USD. Display-time conversion uses Frankfurter (free, open-source, ECB reference rates, no API key), cached for the configured TTL (default 1 hour), with a fall back to the manually configured rates if Frankfurter is unreachable. Because conversion happens at display time from a USD source of truth, it is safe to change the display currency at any point, no data migration is required.
