Dashboard by Role

Path: /admin/reports/ai-metering/by-role (menu title "AI Usage by Role"; permission view ai metering dashboard).

  • Same month/year filter and KPI header pattern as Dashboard by User, plus a "Roles with AI usage" KPI.
  • The table aggregates per-user rows into one row per role: users, calls (cloud/local split), tokens in/out, cost, and an aggregate quota-used bar.
  • Users with multiple roles appear in every applicable role row; the "ALL ROLES" totals row de-duplicates so a multi-role user is only counted once there.
  • The role breakdown is ordered by total tokens, descending; unlike Dashboard by User, there are currently no clickable per-column sort links here.
  • Same single export dropbutton (CSV / JSON) as the other two surfaces, and a "View usage by user" shortcut back to Dashboard by User.
