Context grouping

Tag AI events with aim_context:UUID (via $event->addTag()) to group every call from a single agent run. The tag is stored in the caller/context columns and surfaced as the Caller column and filter in the per-call usage log, so a multi-step agent session can be reviewed as a single group.
