Questions for Tim (DA)

• Convert project/groupsdrupalorg or create a new, non-stale “Groups” project — which name?
• Can this project be pulled into the next migration batch (currently at the bottom)?
• Budget for external services (RabbitMQ, LLM/Drupal-bot sponsorship, Matrix hosting).
• Matrix hosting: DA to run ESS Pro (free Element license) on existing Kubernetes?

Decision needed — DB snapshot location

Pick a home for database snapshots so devs share a common baseline:

• DA infrastructure — central, backed-up, close to prod; needs DA sign-off + space.
• Project object storage — cheap, easy to share links; another service to manage.
• Performant Labs server — available now, under our control; not DA-owned long-term.

Decision needed: owner + location + retention policy.

Next steps & owners

• André — confirm canonical GitLab project with Tim; post epics/issues; share pipeline walkthrough video.
• All devs — sign up for Penpot; pick a first issue/area; start on #1 data model.
• Chris / Salman / Nico — divide remaining MVP areas, report back.
• John — Matrix hosting details (ESS Pro + sizing) for Tim’s consolidated doc.
• Heather — continue Events designs → issue queues; plan Groups ↔ Events.
