Moved over

• Project namespace moved to GitLab (confirmed).
• Related Matrix projects migrated within ~2 days of request.
• New issue UI in use — no more hand-written HTML in issues.
• drupalorg & bluecheese slated to follow in the same batch.

Still open / to confirm

• Which project is canonical: convert project/groupsdrupalorg vs. a fresh “Groups” project (open question for Tim).
• A project home / landing page — now established (this docs site).
• Moving issues between projects is a copy, so the backlog carries over.
• Confirm epics & issues can be posted into the new infra now.
