CRM ECA#

CRM ECA exposes Drupal CRM to ECA: events, conditions, and actions for user–contact mapping, contact methods, and relationships.

Generic insert, update, delete, load, and set-field on crm_contact, crm_contact_method, crm_relationship, and crm_user_contact_mapping are already provided by eca_content. This module does not reimplement those.

Requirements#

  • Drupal 11.1+
  • CRM (^1)
  • ECA (^2.1 or ^3.0)
  • Drupal User module

Installation#

Enable CRM ECA like any other Drupal module. It depends on CRM and ECA.

Plugins appear in the ECA modeller under the CRM category.

What this module adds#

  • Events for mapping requested, mapped/unmapped, primary method changes, and inactive relationships
  • Conditions for mapping, contact bundle, related contacts, and existing email/phone methods
  • Actions to load or change mappings, add methods, find a person by email, and create relationships
  • Canonical tokens such as [crm_contact]
  • Access that follows CRM permissions and the ECA current user
